Games for 3/19/2012
« on: May 18, 2012, 10:01:50 PM »
Hello all,

My name is Bradley Powers, and I recently (March) moved into the Boston area.  I was wondering if anyone would be interested in getting some games in during open gaming time at the Abington store tomorrow?  I play Blood Angels, and can do up to (maybe a little past with notice) 2500 points.

Thanks!
Bradley Powers

Ah, that's unfortunate.  I didn't see that on the calendar...

I suppose I'll stop by regardless and paint or assemble some stuff.

Is there somewhere I can find a calendar or list of events that is accurate?

For Abington I believe the current options are:

1)  "Like" us on Facebook - The best option other than emailing me.
2)  Visit the store and hope their in-store calendar is up to date.
3)  Subscribe the the mailing list and hope to remember the dates of whatever events are in Abington (outside of weekly Magic events, there are few).
4)  Visit the respective forums on this message board.
5)  Email me.

Abington has a very consistent calendar.  It just so happens that this Saturday is the first in a LONG LONG LONG time (outside of MtG Prerelease weekends) that something is going on that is store supported and may take up a lot of space.

Really, there should be ZERO trouble getting a 40k table.  The WM/H event is a team tournament and will likely not take up much space at all.

If it makes a difference, the Plainville calendar is accurate.  We're pro like that.

I guess it will all depend on how many people show up. When i was there today yesterday, there was boards set up on every table. I guess only time will tell!

 Abington is cool too! ;D

Sounds good.  I'll come down to Abington, and hopefully I can get a game in.  If not, I can paint.  Or build more Death Company....

Thanks guys!
