some of these points are bad

-2 points: Failing to cast your general during a game– unless you never had the mana necessary to do so.      i just finished making a deck where the commander is in the colors i wanted to play and have another deck where the commander fits the theme of the deck but if i have other spells to cast ill do that. This rule narrows down what you want to try and do within the league.  And being punished for not doing something is retarded how about these

-1 not attacking when you can
-2 not casting artifacts that produce mana
-5 not playing basic lands
-20 not high fiveing the other players when you take down the big threat on the board

+3 Level up a creature to its max level
WTF? there are like 10 level creatures that have a level up system. talk about narrowing down your options
