Yes Matt it does.  I believe Derek disabled it.  SMF allows people to do just about everything and customize it ten ways from Sunday.  The options have to be enabled and configured by the forum administrator.

Not long ago, I re-enabled the polls feature, but it doesn't appear as an option for anyone, including Administrators. It might be a glitch in the software, unless I'm missing something.

Hmm I've never had that happen before.  You may want to peruse the SMF Support Forum for information.
