looks like a good start but i think its a bit character/magic item heavy. i'd drop the second paladin as he doesn't look like he's adding much to the list. your BSB is also very weak defensively. instead of kitting him out for a bunch of high strength attacks, i think you'll be better served by giving him more protective gear. i'd also drop one knight unit and use the bodies to beef up the other two, you'll need at least 12 to soak up some casualties and still be able to break steadfast. i think you also need something fast besides your general, either some mounted yeomen or peg knights to help you take down war machines and to handle enemy fast cav/skirmishers.

i'm also not sure what all those magic banners do on your knight units but unless they affect movement or leadership, i would drop them for more bodies. i also noticed that your second paladin has a morning star and a magic lance. in 8th edition, characters who have magic weapons must use them instead of normal weapons. furthermore, unless i am mistaken, bretonnians have a special rule that allows them to use magic lances in subsequent rounds of combat meaning he'll get no utility out of the morning star. anyway, looks good and i'll be looking forward to meeting them on the field

I would take the lord off the pegasus and put him in a lance. He is just easy cannon bait.
 Play peg knights.
the level 4 isn't mounted? Is she going in the unit of men at arms? She is going to get murdered in hand to hand.
If lances can't break units on the charge then they lose... Look out for steadfast.

This is a good point, drop the dragon helm and give him a good ward or a charmed shield if you run him on a peg

wow so much to think about... thanks guys... i appreciate this.. I have yet to buy a bretonnian model but have some store credit that would help me get a good army going. I have been reading the army book and it looks like fun... Also I am choosing this army to better my painting skills with fabrics and patterns  ;D
