New Hordes player - seeking help :)
« on: October 18, 2010, 12:36:14 PM »
Hello -

I just finished up painting the trollblood starter set and would like to start to get some games in, but I have a very loose understanding of the rules. From speaking with Chase there are some veterans out there so I am curious if anyone would be up for running me through a learning game or two at the plainville store.

I can be available most nights and weekends, I'm not overly picky :)

I would also like to learn Warmachine as well but need to get painting on that front first. I have some background in 40k so I dont see any major hiccups but would be greatly appreciative of learning first hand from someone as there are some nuances to the rules that I may be overlooking.

Thanks!

Hey Anthony!

Thursday nights in Abington and Saturdays in Plainville are the busy days for Warmachine/Hordes. If you're around one of those days, there are a bunch of us that would be more than happy to help you get your Kriel rolling.

Thanks Ian.

I will likely aim for Saturday. Are there folks playing earlier, or is there mostly activity later in the day?

A bunch of us get there at opening and usually stay until 5 or 6 unless we get bored or have other plans.
