assault on black reach trade

Hi,

I am just getting into Warhammer 40k and want to build an Ork army.  I have the assault on black reach, and was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to trade my assault on black reach space marines for the assault on black reach orks. 

sorry if there are b/s/t rules on the forums,  I didn't see any so I hope its ok.

Hey Tim,

I did the same thing with the Assault on Black Reach and am looking for someone to give my Orks to.  How convenient that we're in this same boat.   

I'll be coming back to MA on the weekend of the 12th, so if you're around the store then, I'll bring all of my Orks and would be more than happy to trade you for your marines.

PS - Tim, the mini's are already assembled, and the Boyz are already lightly primed for painting, so I hope that isn't an issue for you.

great,  I am fine with the orks already being assembled and such,  the marines are also assembled and primed black.  what time are you around the store on the 12th?

I'll probably arrive close to late afternoon, say between 4 and 5 pm.  Let me know if that doesn't work for you.

And just a few quick questions,

1. Did you assemble ALL the mini's, including the Dreadnought, Terminators, and Captain? 

2. What brand of primer did you use?

3. Did you file down the mold lines and such?

1. i did assemble all the mini's, but if you want i can soak them in some simple green to release them, ive had good luck in the past getting paint and glue off some minis using simple green

2. i used krylon spray primer (black)

3. i filed down the mold lines, but i am an amateur, i did the best i know how to do.

I can take pics of them if you want.

ill come in between 4 and 5 and if you don't like them I wont be offended if you cancel the trade.

Thanks for understanding, Tim.  As long as the detail on them is still mostly intact and fine, I don't think I'll have any problems with them.

sounds good,   ill bring cash on the 12th, you can keep the docs and such,   i just want the Orks.   you can never have to many orks.
