ok, so i was bored and google image searchin different death guard armies and i came to the conclusion that im WAY too lazy to strip all my army and re paint it. so i got to thinking.. i love my army and because im in such a dilemma as to what i want my next army to be, i figured id do my army all over again!! this time actually makin my army look nice. now that i have a job i can start doin this stuff again..

instead of the plague marine models, im gonna go the rich way and get old plague marines and forgeworld models. i have this all planned out.

i plan on using the things i have untill i get this stuff up and going, and then ill get rid of the stuff i have now. ill sell for store credit but ill write about that later. if anyones interested tell me.

enamel paints are thick as shit, and you cant water them down... plus i want my army to look uniform. the plague marine models are cool, but theyre too unique. they look good as a ragtag squad, but if you run multiples, you have alot of the same guy running around. the other models look uniform and nice...

The FW ones are great, I love em.  Pity the older ones that work well with them are pretty hard to find.  It's also good to get a couple boxes of CSM between how awesome those boxes are you can outfit a good deal of the FW torsos with them and the only waste is the torso and heads.  Since the CSM box is so awesome, it comes with enough arms bolter, bolt pistol and ccw to outfit more than just 10 dudes so it ends up being cheaper in the long run to get boxes instead of bit orders.

thats what i was planning on doing, i never actually looked at the sprue, but i need the boxes for the fw models anyway cuz there only conversion kits. my only problem is that the unit champions are all gonna look the same... but i dont mind, as long as the army looks good im good. i found a sweet demon prince conversion online, if i find it again ill post it, but im gonna copy it

Possession sprue is great for breaking up champions.  All my champs don't look a like as I mixed the torsos through so some of my champs have helmets on and a little extra gear while others have a huge claw to represent powerfists.

With an overall uniform army, it's easy to make things unique.

true that, ive been usin the possessed sprue for fists for a while now. i love it for nurgle. but what, do you just mix up the non helmet guy into your ranks? thats the guy i was talkin about bein the same all the time...

and quick question.... if i were to give you the money for the things, could you order the things from fw for me??? i dont trust handing over large amounts of money to my friends (sorry dan). if you dont want to or trust it i understand, but i dont trust myself ordering things online.
