LARP Status in New England
« on: April 20, 2013, 10:10:10 PM »
Was having a Discussion with a Friend of mine and we were curious about the Status of Larp Communities in the New England Area. Does anyone know of any active groups and/or communities for Larping in the New England Area?
I ride in on my Bike with my Hat of awesome and say Nay this place should be on fire.

Last i heard there are 1 or 2 NERO chapters still going in the area
Children yet, the tale to hear, Eager eye and willing ear, Lovingly shall nestle near.  In a Wonderland they lie, Dreaming as the days go by, Dreaming as the summers die: Ever drifting down the stream --Lingering in the golden gleam --Life, what is it but a dream?

Pretty sure Tales of Valor is still happening. Haven't been since high school, though.

Sure is. There is a small group of BG people that go. like 6-7 at last count

Thanx for the Info so far. I have never larped before and I know each group has different rules and settings. What do you guys suggest I look into if I wanted to get involved in Larping?

If I were you, I'd look into rules about hats.

I had a really great experience with ToV. The rules were much more inviting and fun than Nero.
