Now that I look at it, a lot of it seems fait. As for the 2 new flyers and new tank, I will suspect that they will take them from FW. The 2 flyers being the nightwing and phoenix, and the tank being the firestorm. Only guesses though...

if the fire storm is the one with like 3 guns on it that is made for Skyfire then yes I agree

Also greater emphasis on HQ characters seems to be a theme with 6th Ed codexes, custom Autrachs that unlock specific aspect as troops sounds good too.

I dont forsee the Eldar re-becoming the super cheese list they used to be this looks all real fair and good.
