If you were a 1200 pound wolf carrying a 900 pount marine into combat and war I would assume at some point your going to get jacked up and cybernetic replacements would definitly be needed.

As for the the No wolves on Fenris bulls**t Leman Russ was raised by Wolves long before his geneseed or Space Wolves were on the planet.  A crappy book does not make for SW lore.

I think GW missed out big time by delaying these so long... given that the Tervigon/Tyranofex and Thunderwolf Cavalry are both a "buy 6 of these" kit for their respective armies.

That said, the figs are pretty sweet. I'm just shocked it took so long.
