Eldar Army 1250 help?

So, somehow I'm trying to play beer and pretzels fun 40k... My question is: Is this list too competitive or un-fluffy for an Eldar army to play against other super casual players? The list is trying to be fluffy as well and leaning toward craftworld Ulthwe. Also tell me if the list is un-winnable in this setting.

Can't say much to the fluff, but I don't think you're pushing hard at all. You didn't max out Fire Dragons. And is there really only one vehicle I see? Only GW pushes softer lists.

ulthwe is gaurdian heavy. in order to be fluffy you need more guardian based units than aspect based ones. Vypers jetbikes guardian squads and support weapons would all count. even war walkers would count.

Ulthwe is also seer counsel heavy. If I was doing a list for fun play and heavy fluff I would do something like this for 1250 Ulthwe Eldar. The list actually isn't too bad either.

Farseer- runes, doom, guide, Jetbike
4 warlocks- embolden, enhance, 1 spear, jetbikes

15 guardians- bright lance, warlock w embolden
15 guardians- bright lance, warlock w embolden
11 storm guardians (Ulthwe staple)- 2 flamers, warlock w destructor, wave serpent w TL shuriken, star, spirit

3 vibro cannons
Wraithlord- wraithsword, starcannon, two flamers.
