I'm no rocket scientist but I think that only applies to marines allying with other marines.

That's the only scenario I could imagine where it might be an issue.

I'm wondering if BG needs to consider this possibility, or if WYSIWYG is enough (i.e., Space Wolves need to look like Space Wolves, Blood Angels like Blood Angels, etc).

My question is, is WYSWYG affectied here? I was only wodering because one of my lists i could do is to, down grade Draigo to a termi and make a normal temri a librarian cause their, basicly the same model with same equip

just use alot of the book extras on the libi. personally i used the libi model cut off his legs and added grey knight legs and the grey knight storm bolter arm and added the little elbow pad onto the libi arm. i just figured the armour should look more grey knight than it is. i use the stave the model uses as a warding stave.

It basically to help people identify marine with marine allies. Mike (Blood Angels) Had Blood Angels from the BA codex with Marine Allies that were a Blood Angel Spin off chapter. Both were painted red with different chapter markings. Now some people could tell the difference others could not. So I ask for a simple marking on the bases or something so people can tell ...this is an ally and this is the main force.

The big thing about Draigo is he has a Storm shield. TO me, most termie characters can stand in for most others, but you need the equipment to match.

ok, 2 more questions, 1: Is this appocalipse systle? 2: Can appocalipse/Forgeworld units be used liek the Stompa or fellBlade?

No super heavys. Any forgeworld stuff must have the 40k stamp in the newer books.

There's not a lot of things that have the 40k stamp, and none of them are broken that I recall

Auto-Cannon turrets for Chimeras have the 40k Stamp.

Mur.  This is what I mean.  You're paying 5 pts to go from str6, and 3 shots, to str 7 and two shots.  I'm not saying that's not useful, but broken?  Certainly not.
