FNM questions

I have been thinking of coming to fnm this week, a few questions.

1. Is everyone incredibly skilled or is it a range of skill levels?
2. We are allowed to use cards from as far back as Zendikar?
3. (Completly unrelated) Does anyone have any extra "Liar's Pendulums"?

1) In Plainville there is a pretty wide variety of skill levels.

2) Yes.

3) Off the top, I have no idea.
