This is my last post with this silliness.
I agree with Keith, but I'm going to go with INAT. Not because I think its official or because I think it makes sense, but because so many players look to it when GW is unclear. Like it or not, it is the consensus of many players. Going with it makes things easy and ends bullshit like this. Debating is fun, but so is just deciding on a rule and playing the fucking game.
