I dunno if you were there when Todd and I were talking about it...
It's like a post world destroyed carzy merge of the universe D&D based game.
Character gen is random, you pick 2 random things and that is what you are. I was a speester yeti, Todd was a psionic cockroach or something, another kid was a flaming rat swarm. You still roll dice and get attacks.
You get random cards that give you a new ability through the game since you are constantly mutating or something.
It is fun to check out and play, but I can't imagine (personally) playing a whole campaign. Dark Sun is as far off of the typical fantasy path I get.
