The wargear paragraph specifies "Twin-linked shuriken catapults and one weapon from the following list..." It then lists all the possible turret weapons.
That wording to me says you must select one twin linked weapon for the turret. The twin shuriken cannons at +10 points are the cheapest option.
With the option to update the belly catapults to cannon as well, of course.
