Forgeworld!
"With the publication of Warhammer 40,000: Escalation, players now have the option of taking Lords of War choices in their armies. The following is a list of Forge World models that should be considered Lords of War choices and may therefore be taken using the guidelines detailed in Warhammer 40,000: Escalation, along with the publication in which the model’s most up to date rules can be found."

Wow....
First glance, the Reaver Titan (1450 points) is a Lord of War now.
So how bout this for 1850
-Reaver Titan
-Badass Chapter Master on a bike
-2 units of scouts in reserve

At this point, why even bother with FOC. Seriously, just have Super heavy battles (and I am really being serious about this).
The reaver Titan versus a Couple of Kustom Stompas...
I wonder why the Mek Boy Stompa was left off the list. Oh well.

If you want to run a Reaver, I'm ya huckleberry.

Look again it says Kustom Stompa, from the awesome Imperial Armour 8 book. You can make your own Stompa using the Big Meks workshop kustom Stompa table. Which means old school lifta droppa that doesn't roll to hit and can fire a 1 use strength D 10 inch blast, and the Gaze of Mork, and the flame Belcha, and the Deff arsenal, and the grot bombs, and giant wrecking ball, and the power fields and all the other awesome stuff.

I like this a lot more than just being limited to what's in the Escalation book.

Me too.

I know it says Kustom Stompa...I just thought it was a little weird that the Mek Boy Stompa was left off. It is also funny, because I can build the Escalation Stompa cheaper using the Kustom Stompa rules (not quite, but almost).
