Title: Flyers?

Ok i read the rules about flyers, cool but what consitutes a flyer? Are they the fast skimmers that all the armies recently received or rules to use the Forge World Flyers? No codex that I know of have a rule called "flyer" so im a bit confused. In the past if the codex entry did not say it then it did not have it. So are my Storm Talons flyers?

Space Marine FAQ says ignore WD entry supposed to be something in Basic Rulebook. Any vehicle that has wings such as Stormraven Valkyrie and Vendetta are flyers.

Basically anything that had the flying stand base got FAQed to be a flyer. With a few exceptions.

Does this also alter how forge world flyers generaly reserved for mega battles work?

In the appendix at the back of the book, all units and vehicles in current codexes are listed with any new rules that apply to them.  It indicates which vehicles are now flyers.
